Assuming Baldo comics take place in California, where would be the closest waterfall therein?

I have visited the Niagara Falls museum where they have a whole section devoted to her including a replica of the barrel. I believe she went over with a cat. There is just no way… none.

She had the Barrel specially made. Watched a show where they recreated the barrel and a fall from the top of the falls into water with a test dummy
