Now that is scary.

For the rest of the world, HOA is a Homeowner’s Association (despite the 2nd initial being in the middle of the word, just to confuse us)… I think the nearest we have is a Residence Association or possibly a Neighbourhood Watch…

My experience is that they’re more like Leopold. On steroids.

Gary’s just trying to prove to Leopld that his evil side still exists.

I don’t know whether to look on Gary’s ploy as pitiful or as crafty. But, either way, it doesn’t matter, because there is no chance whatsoever of his being elected!

I’m the HOA president in my condo complex. I had no choice, I told everyone they’d be sorry if they elected me, they did anyway. Step one: Raise HOA fee to be in line with other complexes in the area. Elections have consequences.
