Why are we even talking about Covid, masks/no masks, mandates/no mandates, vax/no vax? We know all we need to know to protect ourselves and others. Instead we should be addressing the elephant in the room — the crystal clear fact that the world’s health care delivery systems, everywhere, are inadequate and incapable of handling pandemic size surges in demand.
