I blame Dubya for putting us there and all the rest except Biden for NOT getting us out. Of those, Dubya’s the one who deserves the most blame.

Biden does deserve blame for totally upscrewing the airlift, though.

70% on W, 12% on Obama, 10% on tiny and 8% on Biden because as VP he should have talked to Obam about it.

All blame belongs to Dubya. His failures made all of this inevitable.
