By now we all know that the Afghanis basically just gave up. And by now, we must realize that since 20 years of training gave THIS result, another 20 would have made absolutely no difference.
It’s the mindset! Most Muslims want to live under sharia law and still believe in ancient tortures and Mohammed’s evil beliefs. You can’t save and or rescue a society who doesn’t want to be saved…..so be it!
Talking to some of my ex-military friends they told me without air support they’d bail too. Close air support is the pivotal factor in battle today. If I was China I’d think taking Taiwan right now is a good idea.
