Takes some gall to complain about Constitutionality after supporting someone who sent his Red Hats (brown shirts) to overthrow the government and completely disregard the Constitution, along with the courts and the American People who voted.
Really Scott? Talk about the pot calling the kettle black.. sheesh. It’s not even a year and already you have forgotten the trump era. I know we would all like to forget it.. but there was some serious damage done that might be worth remembering lest it happens again.
Bad policy move, bad political move. Landlords and mortgage lenders need and deserve money. Throwing families into the street will cause chaos, burden every town financially, and will lead to even more disease transmission. Money has been appropriated by Congress, but the states have not made that money available. The proper approach would be to work with governors to find the sources of bottleneck and work them out, shaming them publicly if they refuse.
Yes, Republicans, who believe there is NO LIMIT to Presidential Power – a “Unitary Executive” – when a Republican is in office, ALSO believe that a Democratic President should not be able to do anything.
I don’t understand how anyone can defend an act that the perpetrator (Biden) admitted was unconstitutional when he did it. And claiming it’s okay someone else committed an unconstitutional act is akin to saying “He can commit murder because murderers get away with it everyday.” Just because someone else breaks the law doesn’t mean it’s okay for another to do so.
The Constitution is real peril with this administration. Biden is circumventing the courts, the law, and his oath of office in which he promised, to the best of his ability, to “preserve protect and defend the Constitution of the United States,” not to infringe on the property rights of Americans. He is doing what he pledged not to do, placate crackpot socialists in his party.

Democrats have started a “Defund the Constitution” campaign. They say it’s racist because it was written on white paper.

The sad part is that the Kool-aid drinking, trump supporting Stantis is using the flag raising at Iwo Jima as his picture.

Sure, extending an eviction moratorium is more anti-Constitutional than an attempted coup d’etat….
