People leave $25,000 cars outside for $2,500 of junk they don’t need and complain when their car gets broken into or vandalized. At least that what I see on the Next door app in my area.
Most of the garages on my street have been converted to living space. Neighborhood built in the 50s so mostly 3 bedroom 1 bath or maybe 1 1/2 bath. Folks want more bathrooms now.
