The last family trip I went on I was a very self righteous 16. Up until my mid-twenties I thought about how awful my parents were on that trip. Then upon mature reflection I realized their great self control in not leaving me on the side of the road to fend for myself.

Nice? In my world (60’s) everyone was expected to pitch in. Part of being a family. And didn’t matter boy or girl. We all helped inside and out.

That was always my fear. Don’t want to have the cat avoid the box and show displeasure in other ways.

I bought a Kia about 5 years ago. They wouldn’t let me leave without a 20 minute demonstration of the controls.

That’s because it was lame. Deer are game animals. Wasn’t a very good lead up.
