I did time with a guy who likes to buy stacks of cards from the Ukraine. He goes to a casino, buys chips, gambles a little then cashes the chips & goes to the next casino with the next card. The fact that I met him in prison would seem to indicate that this is not a sustainable business model. Pray for California convicts fighting wildfires in the hills this season.

I’m definitely not an expert on the subject, but I’m pretty sure this is the least efficient and most risky way to sell stolen credit card numbers.
