I am tired of the focus only on USAians even when others are doing well, the stupid filler backstories, the 24/7 on 3 or 4 channels and the 0 coverage of the Paralympics. Did not watch anything this year except the mountain biking only to see a pre race favourite do a header down the hill.
loved to watch, wouldn’t miss it, that was back when it was an amature event and the sports were mainstream sports. eventually, jumping rope, hide and go seek, and gin rummy will be olympic events. sad. no wonder viewership is down.

I gave up on the Olympics this year, there’s nobody there, why show off to an empty stadium.

Not me. I’m loving some of the stuff I only get to see quadrennially. Fencing, for one. Kayak slalom for another.

Why did they let the Russians in to take away some of the medals ? They were banded because of doping I heard . More BS in the , games .
