Yup threw mine out too and have been in agony now for 4 days. Hoping I will feel better as I have top to bottom cleaning to do in every room this week.
That is a phrase I hear often and just don’t get. Threw my back out? Out where? I have all kinds of back problems, and I have days I would like to throw it out and get a new one. I wonder how that phrase started. It just doesn’t make sense to me.
