The food triangle depicted what (they said) we were SUPPOSED to eat for a balanced diet, more or less in proportion to the size on the chart. Meat being a small part… Adding people to the bottom is disconcerting if you still think you’re looking at what it was meant to be.
On the other hand, “artistic license” and it’s very true that what most of us eat, most of the time has been handled by folks who mostly work for low wages and (last year) in considerable danger from Covid 19.
