Reminds me of the cartoon villain Snidely Whiplash. All that is needed now is for a “Dudley Do-Right” to come along and rescue “Nell”

Obviously, this could all be easily settled if she would just give him the deed to the ranch.

Gary Cooper comes to mind!

Come on Snidely, just use the saw mill next to the Cinn-A-Buns at the other end of the Mall.
