How odd. Evidence has shown that during the pandemic, people have regularly over performed. My son has received two promotions during the pandemic and been told by his boss that he hasn’t been taking enough time off. That is not an isolated thing.

My fear is that once Covid is over, I’ll go back to severe underemployment despite the courses and skills I’ve acquired.

Steve, drawing yourself on the couch does not undo your underperformance from before the pandemic

“Under-performing” as defined by bosses who continue to demand more and more without reward…

Not to worry, SKelley. No one expects anything better from a Trump Disciple.

Remember! If they don’t constantly put down the working class, then we may turn our attention to the One Percenters. I think this is called a red herring — look over there, not over here!

The hard righteous Republican commanders of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette have provided us with their proper stereotype of an American laborer. Now shut up and get back to work!

Something like 20% of all employees under-perform to a noticeable extent. A FEW of those are folks who aren’t in the correct job. The rest will underperform no matter what you ask them to do, no matter what conditions they work in. And most of those will blame anything but themselves if they’re called on it.

White folks can always blame minorities for their failures. The Republican Party supports that answer for all white losers.
