As I said before somewhere, my recently deceased wife started cutting my hair 14 years ago with clippers and a “guard”. Saved money and since she had to look at it she was in control of what “she” wanted. I miss those haircuts as well as everything else.
That’s why I stopped going to a barber. At a salon, the person cutting my hair will make suggestions (since I have no idea of what changes to try)…and my look has evolved over time. When I went to a barber it was like my haircut was copied exactly for 10 straight years.
