Except that he isn’t mandating improved health habits. He’s simply setting up a system in which they may be more likely to come about – because his own experience AS HE SAID shows that people will make bad choices. If he were suggesting that he made good choices, he’d be a hypocrite. If he suggested you could force good choices, he’d be an idiot. But he didn’t. This cartoon is pointless.
