Today is:

National Flag Day

International Bath Day. Well, I plan on getting dirt working in my garden, but I refuse to take a bath after that. I’ll take a shower instead.

Army Birthday

National Strawberry Shortcake Day. Drat! I forgot to call our local “strawberry man” to reserve strawberries for today. He’s picking today. Maybe I can still get some if I call today or maybe I’ll have to have him reserve some for me from his next picking. His berries sell fast!

National Pop Goes the Weasel Day

National Bourbon Day. They sure seem to have a lot of holidays celebrating alcohol!

Hilarious, simply hilarious! On another note, saw three robins, a sparrow, two rabbits, and a chipmunk while out walking today.
