Does Eno own the duplex? Someone lives in the other half of the duplex, but at times, it seems like Eno is the owner. His attitude towards work raises the possibility that he has another source of income such as this duplex.
My neighbor’s lawn exceeded the maximum height the Town notified them if they don’t cut it in 10 days the Town cuts it, puts a lien on the house, and adds the cost of it to the tax bill. He never cut it, the Town cut it yesterday.

Where I live, the city uses goats. Seriously – on “common land,” there’s a roving band of goats that is used to eat the tall grass near homes.

Goats would be a lot easier, they are very pleasant to watch, and they rarely stampede.
