In a disturbing new trend in moronic criminals, legal defenses are now also cases for the prosecution.

Yeah. Defense lawyers, even more than others, have outSTANDING grades in the that featured “How to use any defense no matter how bizarre or counter-intuitive”.

I’d believe that excuse for the last panel.

Obviously, ANY defense would work better than the truth, “I did it because I’m better than you!” That’s known as the “Bull Connor” defense which only works in parts of the South.

The good thing about the “Watching Fox News” defense is that it sets you up for a plea of mental incompetence.

Another item in a lawsuit to to take them off the air for spreading seditionist lies and disinformation?I know the Fairness Doctrine is for broadcasters, but there must be away some very clever lawyer(s), government or otherwise, can put a lawsuit together that at the very least would cost Fox billions to defend and it may get them to change their tune. Hit them where it hurts.

Combine it with The Twinkie Defense and include using a defective product provided by a cartel of fraudsters unbeknownst to this God fearing true American Patriot, your Honor.

—) It might be only a matter of time before accused people again start to claim, “The Devil made me do it!” Which makes a sort of sense, since the Devil is called The Father of Lies; and Donald Trump is documented prolific liar; and Fox is basically a media megaphone for Donald Trump.

HOW SAD AND DISTURBING is it that this is ACTUALLY being tried as a defense in a case of SEDITION AND TREASON against the legitimate Government of the United States???

And HOW SAD AND DISTURBING is it that some people STILL listen to the LIES AND GARBAGE being spewed hourly by FAUX Noise and believe every word of it, even AFTER FAUX themselves say that they are NOT a “News” network, but rather an entertainment channel, and that no reasonable person should take them seriously???

Yep, and I have way too many neighbors and relatives watching Fox and worse.

That about right for the right! Don’t like restrictions…get rid of them, don’t like laws and policies….change them…anything to benefit them is what they do! Sickening

In descending order of accuracy and reliability of information:

1. A phone-in psychic.

2. An internet astrology site.

3. Fox News.

I know this is just a cartoon but seems to be a valid defence with sympathetic republican judges.

The spread of Fox was continuing while other news outlets were cutting their staff to cut costs because of the rise of the Internet “news” sources. There were far too many times I saw stories on other news outlets that were repeated from something that started on Fox and the other outlets weren’t doing the research.

Hey, finally a justification for FAUX not ever about the NEWS. It gives MAGAts and the Repulsican Nazi Party someone to blame for their inundation by the STUPID Syndrome. I wonder who thunk it up for them?

More and more people agree with Fox itself that Fox News is merely entertainment… but they still have to believe and follow everything they see on it…

If this defense flies, then Fox must be categorized as a class 3 drug and illegal for sale or possession.

There is no such thing as “FOX NEWS”. Ask the FCC. It’s Fox Entertainment Network. Better yet, ask Hannity or Carlson. They have stated under oath it isn’t news. That being said, I watch The Comedy Channel to get the best non-news available.

Being conservatives, I’m surprised they aren’t blaming the devil for making them attack the front door of democracy in the USA.
