That woman should talk. Pigeons are actually very intelligent, maybe a bit more so than humans are.
People who have nothing to say should remain silent.
If it had been me seeing the bird, I’d be trying to make friends with it. I have a soft spot for animals, especially those who are unlikely to bite or eat me.
