Some folks would say that’s all many newspapers are good for anymore. That and the bottoms of bird cages. Unfortunately, there is no similar disposition for digital tripe. On the other hand, there is the off button.
Friends mom in the the 70’s installed that wonderful creation called shag carpets along with the plastic runners from room to room to “protect” that wonderful shag.5 years later the only place that looked “protected” was where the runner wasn’t

If they have to put down clean newspaper, I’m pretty sure that I don’t want to (even) enter – especially without shoes.
