Republicans don’t know the meaning of the word bipartisan. They seem to think bipartisan means they get their way absolutely, all of the time. Good luck with that, that ship has sailed.

You must have been using an electron microscope to find any level of bipartisanship in this Congress. The GOP only knows how to say ‘NO’.

i lived for many years in a tiny mountain hamlet and will always remember the town meeting at which one of the local worthies declared, ‘we need to grab whatever handouts town hall is willing to pass out.’ i resisted the urge to point out that the handouts came from our taxes…

There are 2 things all in Congress agree with: accepting contributions to buy their votes and this.

I think it was George Carlin who said when you hear the word bi-partisan look out for something really bad

What is it the republicans agree with the dems on?

Totally partisan republicans refuse to cooperate at all. They have an approval rating of 20%

Pork is HOW political compromises work. You want the bill, I want to add something for my state / district. I want things for my district, you want things for your district. We both agree to the additions. If there’s nothing but “good for the nation” in it for me or mine, explain again why I should vote for it?
