    Anyway, the preferred strike for power breaking is a forearm strike. Stronger bone, better cushioning from the muscle.

    Years ago, there was something in a MAD paperback that demonstrated how karate could be used around the house: No more hammer. No more saw. No more chisel. No more work. The last one shows a guy with two broken arms.
