Is he the kind of guy who complains but still does top notch work OR is he the guy who complains and then half heartedly does the work or finds excuses to not do the work? Or maybe he’s the guy who sabotages the project in a kind of self fulfilling prophecy?
Sam deserves a transfer or a promotion. The Audit department seems about right. He could always find something wrong with what others had done. (Sam and Fi of Fastrack corp. could make a pair; except Fi already has a significant other.)
