I guess I have hope for the future — I have just planted some garden herb seeds under Grow-Lights, and taken some cuttings from the Honeysuckle bushes. And the sparrows are already staking claim to spots in the neighbor’s tall Blue Spruce.

Don’t worry, Republikkkans are working hard to destroy democracy, starting at the state level, so that feeling of despair will return

‘The homeless are still with us, people continue to lose work, social welfare programs are discarded, the minimum wage is a poverty trap…….. and not only in the USA, but here in our own little ’democracy’ Australia. I’m still feeling despair.

It might be worthwhile to compare how folks post-jab are feeling with how they were feeling… and how folks still pre-jab. We’ve had our first (next one in a week) and just from introspection, I find my mood noticeably lighter. Somewhat surprised by that.

For the FIRST TIME in OVER FOUR YEARS, there IS hope for America!!
