This reminds me of a scene from The Flintstones episode about the birth of Pebbles. Fred and Barney meet a guy who tells them his wife had two of a certain food, and had twins. Then she had three of another food, and had triplets. Finally, he cried out in despair that she’d eaten a dozen donuts!
