I’ve been yapping at the wife for decades that one should be able to get a nice lunch.. For example: A garden salad, a slice of bread and pat of butter, apiece of chicken or beef.. maybe a pork chop, mashed potatoes, gravy and a side of peas and carrots (or corn, wax beans etc.) for $2.80 max. $2.39 from 2:00 ‘til 4:30. Milk, other than oil & vinegar dressings and desserts extra. I still so yap.

For a poor guy like Bozo, he gets a lots dates with hot ones. Maybe it was possible back in the 1950s or something.
