Wish I had thought of that when I was little and trying (unsuccessfully) to fly my kites. Good work, Red!

Glad to see they finally figured out a way to get it “UP.”

What’s with all the barking? Red’s right there, and Rover normally communicates silently. I guess Brian didn’t want to give things away with a thought balloon, and if Rover just stood there, readers might not realize it was his idea.
