Our girls were born on February 29th. In their younger days we would celebrate on Feb 28 and March 1 so they would not feel lift out 3 out of 4 years. When they got to be tweenagers they took to adding the 28th and 1st to the celebrations on the 29th. No extra presents, still a cake for each, just more fun, especially if a weekend is involved.
