It is ironic how people forget or don’t know that all the states, atfter the 1776 revolution, considered corporations as ‘legal entities’ (not a person), couldn’t own another corporation (too much power), could not be formed just to make money (they were formed for the publics good), could not knowingly harm people or the environment (charter could be revoked and they would be shut down) and a host of other regulations.
