Employees are quite often a reflection of management.

Great example of the real world. Men are easier to work for.

I worked for a company that had two local offices. Our office manager want to have the younger better looking office. I was hired to sit at the front desk . Sit there and look pretty and charm the socks of of anyone that came in.

Women are poison to work with. My least favourite offices to work in had a majority of women. Ugh. Not all women, but I found a lot of them resented younger women, and did their best to harass them into quitting. My favourite job ever was as a field secretary for Hewlett-Packard. I was the only woman on the team, and we all got along well. My guys wouldn’t stand for other contractor’s workers harassing me.

Too bad they hired a prissy old lady about six months in. I quit.

Alex just doesn’t appreciate a nice low cut dress and cute decolletage.

If Lila increased the moral of other workers by as little as 10%, she was well worth what she did. In a place like Mega Market, Do something to keep moral up. Lila does that.
