As long as they bring me dead ones, I’m the happiest guy in the world. When my mouser was younger, she brought me live ones at 3 am. We would have a wild mouse hunt until one or the other of us killed the mouse. I would pull out furniture, toss the cat into the back of the closet … whatever it took. You CANNOT let a mouse loose in your house; you will live to regret it if you do.

Always pretend to be happy. It keeps the cat happy and the rodent population down. Even if your big game hunters only catch catnip mice.
