It didn’t say where outdoors. Maybe it was created in the tri state area. Trying to figure out how I can say this without offending people in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Deleware. I think I pulled it off.
L’eau du Papermill. It is outdoorsy and makes people think you are a literati.
Drawback to buying online. Great bargain but no sniff test.
