Had a boss get very nervous because the manager kept using LOL in correspondence to the boss. Apparently boss hadn’t got the message that where in the past it has meant lots of love, it is more commonly interpreted as laugh out loud nowadays. Mind you, we were never very sure how the manager got to be a manager in the first place as they had zero qualifications and experience, so this might explain a few things…
