Yup – about the size of it. 2 days ago; conversation at the lunch table. “This larger size chicken pot pie is pretty good!” “Yes, but I bet it is loaded with calories!” Me reading he label – it is only 550 calories – if you eat half of it!

Portion size and exercise. Simple as that!
