    If he could just vent and release his anger and frustration this way and completely “leave it all out on the golf course” that might be good. Most people can’t.

    Had a boss who was a childish screaming meany until Wednesday if he golfed poorly on Sunday, which was more often than not.

    I played golf last Thursday for the first time in almost a year. Played okay, considering. But whether I play well or not, I enjoy it. It’s relaxing. If I feel the need to get rid of some anger and frustration, I hit the heavy bag for a while. It’s not really fun, but it works and it’s pretty good exercise, too. Hockey was the best…it was always fun and had an element of blowing off some steam. God, I miss hitting people lol.

    I would have thought that taking out his frustrations on the golf clubs would be a great way to unwind, but he still looks pretty mad.
