I was stopped at a light and got hit by the car behind me, who got hit by a guy on his cell phone. My car was totaled but the extended warranty calls kept coming. Because of the pandemic I didn’t get another car for a couple of months and yet the warranty calls kept coming. I finally bought a new car (hybrid) and I bought the extended warranty, but the warranty calls still kept coming. Maybe having a full voicemail box isn’t a bad thing.

I get the Auto Warranty call every single day. “Last Chance” blah blah. The kicker is my car is a 2013 model…with only 25,000 miles. Doesn’t get used that much..spends all it’s time in my garage.

    I love those calls.

Given that I haven’t owned a motor vehicle since last century.

I’ve mentioned it before. I let them make the spiel and then when they asked for my specific make and model I told them a 1978 Ford Pinto. I don’t get why they always hang up on me!

Brand new scam reported today by our local Sheriff’s Department. Local phone number (Probably ‘Pfished’) claiming that the individual missed Jury Duty and must pay a penalty. It is an old scam as well that obviously works. I have also received emails from someone claiming to be my neighbor (had the right name as well) saying they were out of town, had forgotten their Nephews birthday, and asking me to buy a gift card to send to them that they would repay me for.
