These days people just talk about fad diets, try them for a week or two, lose a couple of pounds, then gain back twice as much from eating more to make up for the diet and then swearing they cannot lose weight, that they have tried everything. Let’s not forget the billion(s) dollar diet pills, OTC and rx.
Not normal! Body dysmorphia? When I was skinny I felt that I was fat,….later after when I broke my back and gained 60 lbs, I have to say that I knew I was fat but didn’t feel fat. The mind is a weird instrument of self-torture.

Don’t worry.
Years later, you’ll make up for it in the “eating department,” Tiff.
