So THAT is how hams get spiral sliced! Turkey sandwiches and a turkey and stuffing and beans casserole, and then take the meat off the carcass, boil the bones and scraps for broth, and then there’s jambalaya or turkey sauce piquant or gumbo! :-) Mrs Earl and I were alone this year, so a 20-pound bird was enough. :-) More leftovers to love!
