If history has told us anything, recounts don’t matter much unless the vote count is close. Then again you have could have trump executives pulling things behind the Scene but it really doesn’t matter in the big picture.

We always knew the Trumpsters refused to accept science; now we see they refuse to accept math. A complete disconnect from science, math and reality itself.

We should not be surprised by Donald’s attempted coup. He told us all along that, if he couldn’t win honestly (and we all knew, including Donald, that he couldn’t) that he would just claim victory and pronounce himself emperor for life.

Joe Biden won. By the math cited by Donald in 2016, an Electoral College win of 306 is, in Donald’s own Trumpspeak, a great landslide. This is not a close election!

Joe Biden not only got the most votes (something Trump never did), he also got an outright majority.

Biden won by the largest margin, in both the actual vote of the people as well as the Electoral College, of any challenger against a sitting incumbent president running for re-election, since FDR defeated failed loser Herbert Hoover in his 1932 blowout.

He announced that the change from any recount would be insufficient to change the results. Which is sacrilege, apparently.

And, in a case of nearby stupidity:

Alabama senator elect Tommy Tuberville said in an interview that the three branches of government are the Executive, House and Senate. I guess that he never heard of the Judiciary.

Also, he has, several times, mentioned that his father fought in World War II and was there when the liberated Paris from socialism and communism.

He doesn’t know history or how the U. S. government works.

They have not stopped the Undermining Democracy Coup. Read about this 30 year old McEntee (former college QB and a gambling addict) who Trump put in charge of Personnel earlier this year. Even as they are supposed to be making their exit this sociopath, at the direction of the Fat Orange Clown Who gave him a free hand, is pulling all sorts of *&$# with firings and replacements.

The lack of an orderly transition will delay the new administration’s effectiveness. The hack and unqualified personnel, however, will create far more serious problems to resolve.

The good news is, behind the hirings, there can be firings. But it will be a pain. More than anyone else, I am looking forward to the firings of Bill Barr and Jared.

Seems like the current GA Secretary of State has morals and ethics unlike the current governor while he served in that position.

If you think Trump’s vicious vindictiveness is not powering his effort to see that as many Americans as possible get the ’rona out of spite, you have another think coming.

That makes him perfect for a republican senator! Actually governing, taking care of the country’s needs, is not on their list of things to do. Now, if you want to start a conversation about the next tax cut for corporations and the extremely wealthy, he’s your man!

When I was teaching, we developed the theory that the reason some people wore whistles around their necks was so that you would know not to ask them any hard questions. Not all PE majors are dumb, but some got through college on athletic scholarships and basket weaving courses, and it’s pretty obvious.

His stressing of “counting every legal vote” suggests to me that there will be a lot of valid votes that will be stolen by Georgia officials, and dumped in the trash. And he could easily change the results to give Perdue 50%+1, and cancel the runoff, thereby giving the Senate to Republicans.
