Sounds like Eno can’t cook anyway, so July is about right!!!
Turkeys are cheap now.
Turkeys cost much more in July. Time to buy them is 2 to 4 weeks before Thanksgiving.
I sort of remember getting a free turkey from work some years ago. I don’t think they do that to much anymore. …sad
With smart families passing on the huge get-togethers this year I’m thinking there will be turkey clearance sales coming up soon.
Then you’re buying NEXT YEAR’S turkey.
That will be early, for next year.
One of the stranger things about this holiday, however, is that a few days before everyone starts cooking, whole turkeys are suddenly discounted by supermarkets and grocery stores so really turkey prices are cheaper just before Thanksgiving.
