There you go! He’ll figure out the next time when you ignore him who’s really the boss, and if Mr. Dear is smart, he will figure out like the rest of us have it’s the dog, and you guys just humor us from time to time.
The nightly routine at our house was: Dad would tell Shadow to go to bed. Shadow would go into Dad’s room and jump on the bed. Dad would yell from the hall, “Get off the pillow!” And Shadow would get off the pillow. But he never stopped trying.
