I know right? Not too many read actual books. And reading itself Isn’t done as much these days. Pity I say. How about you, Fred? If any basset could read, it would be you since you are multi-talented.

They could be me and my husband.

Hundreds of channels, and nothing worth watching….

TV is like having a relentless line of sales people shouting at you for 4 minutes every 12 minutes of asinine ‘entertainment’.

You can have access to a myriad of channels and streaming services which I do, but I also have accumulated my own personal library (too many books according to the wife) and read as much as I can. Both are doable.

A frequent occurrence for me

With some good reading music playing in the background. As the songwriter said, ‘Blow up the TV!’

‘Dear’ looks a lot better without his growth of facial hair ! ! ! !

Kindle, iPad, tablet, carry your whole library with you.

Maybe there’s the same awful choice of telecasts as we have..nothing but trash
