Actually, collars make the rap-sheet…but, sure, and the dog.
If it’s true that collars make the dog, my favorite would be the search and rescue Saint Bernard with a small barrel of “medicine” attached to his collar.

Collar or not, I think kewpie’s a doll.
He was hoping for one with spikes.
