The objection was to the use of a criminal act to further the story, not the story itself. Of course that wouldn’t fit with the ongoing avalanche of Republican lies and disinformation.

The Trump/Giuliani/GOP/Russia disinformation and outright lie campaign to steal another USA presidential election is not being covered up by objective traditional journalism, although it may well be (probably certainly) is by conservative so-called “media”.

Fox/OAN/Breitbart/WorldNetDaily/Washington Times/CBN and all the rest no doubt bury every reference to this anti-democracy, anti-American plot, but unless fascist “information” doctrine is enforced following a conservative fascist takeover of US society, mainstream freedom defending journalism will prevail against fascist propaganda from the White House or anywhere else.

Down with the fascist populist anti-democratic anti-American GOP movement in the USA. It must not prevail.

Summers and all Trump Disciples believe not only that FB and Twitter are news sources, but the ONLY news sources?

And if FB and Twitter refuse to spread Trump Disciple lies, there are no other ways to spread lies? Like Summers’ cartoons, for example?

Ya know, it’s really telling that the best the GOP can do is to slander someone who died FIVE YEARS AGO to prop up Der Trumppenfuhrer….

So Dana, read any actual news lately? Or are you on Vova’s payroll with Rudy. The IC warned Trump that Russian operatives were feeding Rudy misinformation, but that doesn’t fit his narrative, so social media showing some level of responsibility by not spreading BS are the bad guys.

Man flies across country and leaves his laptop in a shop for repairs. The shop not only does not fill out, and get a signature on, a repair estimate with the usual ‘minimum charge’ just to look at it, it doesn’t even take his name. Then the repairman starts snooping around in his supposed customer’s computer (which apparently has zero password protection for anything, including logging into the e-mail account), and sees the owner was apparently one Hunter Biden.

He still doesn’t know who left the computer for repairs, but is politically conservative and astute, recognizing some e-mails suggest wrong-doing by the son of a candidate for President of these United States. Yet unable to identify the man who left the machine, he is able to figure out who Giuliani’s lawyer is, and how to contact him.

And on, and on, and on

Facebook and Twitter like communist Countries suppress news.
