Messy animals. Distructive animals. I don’t hunt. Can’t hunt in the city – illegal, but I would be willing to go to jail if I could get rid of the horde of squirrels this year. A bumper crop of pecans, followed by a bumper crop of squirrels, followed by pecans bombarding the roof, and the 3/4 eaten pecans staining my concrete porch. So bad that I am threatening to buy a coupl of pounds of pecan meat, break them up and finish staining the porch so it looks as though it was designed to look like and indoor-outdoor carpet. At times it sounds as though someone is trying to break in.
