Considering so far Rush is the only right winger I’ve heard defend Jindahl’s excreble performance Tuesday night, this cartoon makes sense. I’m sure Hannity and BillyBoy followed Rush’s lead, but so far it’s Rush who’s making the case the loudest.
Considering that Jindal’s performance has made even conservatives wince, and everyone except Rush seems to have seen him as Kenneth the Page from 30 Rock, Rush must see something no one else sees…perhaps a man (i.e. not a woman) of some color willing to spout his nonsense?
this hits the nail on the head, i love it … and so far Rush IS the only one singing Jindal’s praises … even the Fox (Faux) anchor criticized it … also loved reading that the mayor of the town in Washington near Mt. St. Helens is up in arms about Jindal criticizing $ for ‘volcano monitoring’ … he correctly pointed out that Louisiana received fed. funds for Katrina, a natural disaster, so what’s so different with Washington state receiving fed funds for Mt. St Helens, another natural disaster threatening to erupt again ….
Dale you’re right!
And Jester, Mt Redoubt in Alaska is looking even more dangerous. I’m in Washington, only about 80 miles from St. Helen’s. I’ve gone to the museum and left w/ tears in my eyes, the devastation and loss of life was horrible. If Mt Rainier goes it would be catastrophic, and yes it is an active volcano.
redhead, is Hannity the Hairdo promoting Jindal over Palin, or is he still enamored of both?
Jindal is displaying the same lack of transparency and dishonesty the public is no longer buying: a magic train from Las Vegas to Disneyland? nope, not in the stimulus bill, ‘tis is a lie.
The stimulus bill is irresponsible, but he’s taking 98 percent of LA’s share so does that mean he’s 98 percent irresponsible?
Volcano monitoring in Washington state is wasteful pork, but $ spent on natural disasters that plague his state is OK.

where’s the proof it isn’t “smart?” And Jindal made the whole thing seem like a joke, which it most definitely is not in Washington state. C’mon red, somebody told Jindal that was a big piece of pork and he didn’t bother to think it through. AND he lied about train between Las Vegas and Disneyland, and now on CNN, it looks like the story he told about the guy with a boat being told he couldn’t go out and rescue people because he didn’t have insurance and registration is another falsehood. (So far, his office has admitted it didn’t happen when he said it happened.)

think we could call this proof of the old saying that ”politics makes strange bedfellows?”

If Jindal had ever seen the Mt. St. Helens blast area, he’d know why we need that monitoring.
And St. Helens has been acting up again by the way.

Did Mr. Jindal happen to point out how much is in the budget for, oh, say…HURRICANE monitoring?

He did sound like a minah! and a minah will pick what it wants to say, typically at inopportune moments.

“Hard to believe Jindal was Rhodes scholar…”
I bet if he had a (D) behind his name you’d believe it then.
Besides, I bet Bobby listens more to Hannity than to Limbaugh.
