Actually, things are much better than that in this country. Even in the City.

    “cdward”——-

Actually, things are not better in this country…especially if you don’t have a job.

You must have a job or you’d understand………………

Hold on a minute! I thought killing Bin Laden was going to solve all of our problems. Gas prices should be going down anytime now and we are all going to get hired on doing “green” jobs. Just don’t dare make over $250k or we’ll have to tax you into submission!

Not only didn’t it solve anything - now the president has no boogeyman.

With nothing to keep us afraid & worked up, the country may wake up from it’s deep sleep.

    I wouldn’t count on it though…

Big business continues to get tax cuts and subsidies. Millionaires and Billionaires continue to enjoy tax cuts. Mr. Speaker, you promised to work on job creation and all you do is focus on women’s reproductive issues and attempting to dismantle the Affordable Healthcare Act and plans to gut Medicare and Social Security.

Where are the JOBS, Mr. Speaker? Oh, right…they are being outsourced to China.

jmattadams, I’m beginning to think you are a hoaxer. No one could possibly believe that the Tea Party (which has been shown repeatedly to be a small percentage of hard-core Republicans, funded by the Koch Brothers) is 80% of the country. Then again, you apparently listen to Rush…

^Probably the same guy as Mdavis, scented, dj, and wraith. We didn’t just get an influx of right wingers all spewing the same message.

“Just don’t dare make over $250k or we’ll have to tax you into submission!”

That must be the kinky submission, because for a typical person over $250K, they pay less in percentage of income as taxes than someone making $250K or under.

Typical Rush: Liberals eat babies! The rest of the show he spends explaining why eating babies is wrong…Never varies format, just the lies…

…looks like Detroit, or any other leftist-controlled urban areas where people have ignorantly voted “Democrat” for the past 40+ years. If you want to know what their Utopian dream looks like, look at Detroit, Michigan…

Anyone who claims that the Tea party represents 80% of Americans is either delusional, a moron or both.

STFU: If a 2% increase brings submission, our upper and upper-middle classes must be incredibly wimpy.

This is a good cartoon. It shows how unimportant killing Osama bin Laden is in the greater scheme. Now, let’s get off our oil addiction and that will defund future bin Ladens.

Oil-fueled colonial imperialism created bin Laden’s animus and gave him his wealth. Creating a world of renewable energy and of independent representative democracies will help decrease terrorism.
