Seems like the real question should be ‘how do we know when he’s playing possum, and not just sleeping?’

Opossums and possums are different animals. Opossums live in North America, while possums live in Australia and other countries. Both animals are marsupials, but possums are more closely related to kangaroos.

Flies.. the presence of flies.. they know dead or alive better than anything.

If it’s a school day, he’s playin possum. He doesn’t want to Zoom today.

It never actually matters to anyone but the pretendee.

Sleep? I think he croaked.
