Some people call it “Climate Change” because “Global Warming” (which it really is) sounds too scary and might get people to do something about it.

Republicans are the “know nothings” — know nothing about climate change – “It’s a democrat HOAX!” Know nothing about Covid 19 – “It’s a democrat HOAX!” Know nothing about patriotism – "Our service men and women are losers, our war dead are suckers, our generals are “pussies” — only Donald Trump can be trusted to fix our country! Well, the only way we are going to be able to fix the disaster of the last 4 years is to vote every single one of them out of office!

Climate change is real, Covid-19 is real, denial of either is real stupid.

Just heard on the radio that there is a Hot Tub close out sale at the local county fairgrounds. That will give the recused animals from the fires something to drink out of . . . .Come to Oregon for the Hot Tub sales, they’re going like hotcakes. Hurry they won’t last long.

Hurricanes aren’t increasing in number (apparently) but we do now have proof that they’re increasing in power / deadliness. And fires are increasing in both size and number. And those are just two of the things. Then there’s sea level (what will happen to Miami when 50% of the ice at the polls melts?). And ocean acidification (which kills corals… and corals are extremely important for many aquatic species). And this boulder is ALREADY rolling downhill and accelerating.

The electoral college has done more damage to this country accidentally than any other organization could have done on purpose. Wonder what would have happened if Gore had won in 2000. His focus ( obsession actually) is climate change. Would the west coast be burning down if we had actually done as much as possible to prevent global warming starting 20 years ago? Would hurricanes and tornados be getting stronger and more wide spread every year? I doubt it.

Then they gave us Trump, who has given us the Trump plague which has caused the middle class to lose jobs and die a lot. Would this have happened it Obama’s pandemic response team hadn’t been cut out of the 2018 budget, just months before the plague hit? Again, I doubt it.

Everything we are dealing with would have been less of a problem if the electoral college hadn’t installed a president that the American people voted against.
